The Members and staff of the National Assembly, led by the Speaker, offered Mendrel Ku-Suung-Thukten and prayers today at the ongoing Nyingthik Yabzhi oral transmission and empowerment held at Kuenselphodrang, Thimphu.
The month-long Nyingthik Yabzhi oral transmission and empowerment is being presided over by His Eminence Namkhai Nyingpo Rinpoche and performed by hundred monks of the Kharchu Dratshang.
