Parliament Delegation returns to country

After a week-long visit in India, the Parliament delegation returned to the country yesterday.   The visit ended with a reception at the Mumbai Sea Port - the biggest in India and cultural site visits at Aurangabad - the Ellora Caves and Bibi Ka Maqbara Mausoleum. The World Heritage Site Ellora Caves has splendid monolithic rock cut temples and caves representing three religions, namely Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. The magnificent Maqbara mausoleum has resemblance to Taj Mahal.

It has been a wonderful trip. The National Assembly of Bhutan would like to thank the Government of India for the support, and Lok Sabha and Ministry of External Affairs for the splendid arrangements.
