National Assembly Secretariat welcomes the new Dy. Chief Legislative Officer

The National Assembly Secretariat is pleased to announce the joining of Ms. Deki Zam Dorji as the new Dy. Chief Legislative Officer in the Legislative and Procedural Division. She will head the division as the Officiating Chief Legislative Officer.

Having previously served as the Deputy Chief Attorney in the Attorney General’s Office, Ms. Dorji brings a wealth of legal expertise and experience to her new role. She holds a BA and LLB (Honors) from the University of Mangalore, as well as a Masters in Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne.

The Secretariat extends a warm welcome to Ms. Dorji, and looks forward to her valuable contributions in advancing the legislative agenda of the National Assembly of Bhutan.
