Hon'ble Ugyen Wangdi, Member of Parliament from Dramedtse-Ngatshang Constituency, Mongar Dzongkhag is currently visiting his constituency after the 8th Session of the Third Parliament.

The Member attended the 115th National Day Celebration at Mongar Dzongkhag and afterwards  conducted an entry meeting on 19 December 2023 with Dzongkhag Sector Heads where the Hon'ble Member informed the officials about the objectives of ongoing reforms and transformations taking place in the Country. The meeting also discussed issues related to agriculture, highway, livestock, education, health, and the 13th FYP. The Member also reminded the officials on the importance of thorough discussion with local government officials and the public to understand the ground reality before planning any activities. The Dzongkhag Administration has also presented a brief report on the planned activities and budget allocation of 7 gewogs of Dramedtse-Ngatshang Constituency.  

During the visit, Hon'ble Ugyen Wangdi along with Hon'ble Karma Lhamo, MP Mongar Constituency, Hon'ble Sonam Pelzom, MP National Council inaugurated the first-ever 80 KW Decentralized Distributed Generation of Solar PV system installed in sacred community of Aja Nye, Mongar on behalf of Minister, MoEA on 30th December 2022. 

The Hon'ble Member also accompanied Minister, MoEA during the Minister's visit to the Chiwogs and gewogs of the Constituency.

Hon'ble Member will be in his constituency till 29th January, 2023.
