Civil Liability Bill
The House continued the plenary today on the Civil Liability Bill to delve further into the Liabilities and Remedies. Since the bill of its first kind in Bhutan and many countries across the world do not have it and the genesis of the bill is from negligence, it demanded lengthy in-house deliberations. The outcome of the plenary will be submitted to the session for endorsement.
