Bhutan-Mongolia Parliamentary Friendship group meets virtually-DZ
Hon’ble Tshencho Wangdi, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Bhutan and the Chairman of the Bhutan-Mongolia Parliamentary Group and Hon’ble Tshering Chhoden, member of the Parliamentary Group had a meeting with the members of the Parliamentary Group from Mongolian Parliament virtually. Mr. Ganbold Dambajav, Ambassador of Mongolia to Bhutan also joined the meeting.
The groups discussed the possibility of the parliamentary exchange programs, learning from each other’s experiences and strengthening the bonds between the Parliaments and countries. The Mongolian Parliament extended an invitation for the Bhutanese members of the Parliamentary Group to visit Mongolia.
The virtual meeting was the follow up to the call on by Mr. Ganbold Dambajav, Ambassador of Mongolia to Bhutan to the Deputy Speaker on 15 April 2023.
The Bhutan-Mongolia Parliamentary Friendship group was formed in November 2020.
