Constituency visit updates; Gangzur-Minjey and Maenbi-Tsaenkhar constituencies, Lhuentse Dzongkhag
Visiting their constituencies, Members of the National Assembly, Hon. Loday Tsheten (Gangzur-Minjey constituency) and Hon. Tempa Dorji (Maenbi-Tsaenkhar constituency) met with Dasho Dzongda, Dzongrab and sector heads of the Dzongkhag Administration yesterday. During the meeting, the Dzongkhag administration presented an overview of the 13th Five-Year Plan and discussed key issues and challenges confronting the Dzongkhag with respect to socioeconomic development and exchanged views and ideas on further strengthening the plan. The Members will spend the next couple of weeks in their respective constituencies, engaging with Local Government leaders and the public.
They also took part in the Tashi Moenlam (concluding ceremony) of the month-long Wang-Lung-Thrisum of Tertoen Sangay Lingpa’s treasure which was administered by His Holiness the Je Khenpo in Autsho.
