Training on Fire Disaster Management

Training on Fire Disaster Management

Today, the Fire and Rescue Division of the Royal Bhutan Police conducted a training and demonstration session on ‘Fire Disaster Management’. The staff of the National Assembly Secretariat attended the session which was held for the staff of National Council Secretariat and security personnel from the Parliament and Tashichhodzong.

The session covered awareness of common vulnerabilities and potential disasters related to electric circuits and appliances. It also included practical training on using fire extinguishers and addressing fire disasters involving LPG cylinders, which are among the most common fire-related incidents.

The hands-on practical session offered participants valuable, live experiences to reduce fire hazards and emphasized safety measures to be observed at all times.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the Fire and Rescue Division of the Royal Bhutan Police for their continued support and opportunity.
