The discussion centered on land leases, land exchanges, land protection, user rights, and land substitutes.

The meeting focused primarily on reviewing the progress report and addressing land-related issues. Representatives from the three agencies presented briefings on topics including land use conflicts, national land use zoning, mandates, land lease issues, local area planning, Land conversion concerns (Chuzing to Kamzing), land redevelopment, land rationalization and stabilization, challenges, and proposed solutions. The agencies also highlighted the requirement of new legislations and policies to address land related issues.
