Endorsement of the Standing Committees and its Members
The Chairperson of the House Committee, Sangay Khandu (Dy. Speaker) from Tashicholliing constituency presented the Chairpersons, Dy Chairpersons and members of the Eight Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the members of the Public Accounts Committee for endorsement of the House today.
The House endorsed the Standing Committees and its Members as presented by the Chairperson of the House Committee through show of hands. The House also authorized the House Committee to carry out right-sizing of the Committee membership for effective functioning of the committees to be endorsed by the plenary.
