Upon assuming office as the Member of the National Assembly after the successful elections, Hon. Tek Bdr. Rai from Shomphangkha visited his constituency from 31 March 2024 till 4 April 2024.  During his visit, he engaged with the constituents of Senggey, Gakaling, Shompangkha, Dekidling, and Chudzom Gewog, addressing their concerns and discussing pertinent issues. On March 12, 2024, a meeting with Dzongkhag officials was held  to explore collaborative efforts for the 13th Five-Year Plan (FYP). Additionally, the Member toured schools, hospitals, Basic Health Units (BHUs), and other  gewogs, actively seeking solutions and striving to elevate public service standards. The constituency visit concluded on April 21, 2024.

On an invitation from the Sarpang Khola Mandir Puran, the  Hon. Tek Bdr Rai returned to his constituency to partake in the Bhavishya Maha Puran Mahayagya on April 1, 2024. Subsequently, he met with Areca nut exporters to discuss and address  issues faced by them. 

The Member resumed office duties on April 5, 2024, after successful completion of the constituency visit.  The Hon Member also attended the  Dzongkhag Tshogdu held on the 16th and 17th of April 2024.
