The National Assembly adopts the Supplementary Budget Appropriation Bill and Budget Appropriation Bill for 2023-24
The House adopted the Supplementary Budget Appropriation Bill 2022-2023 for Nu.2,317.377 million revising the 2022 - 2023 to Nu.84,144.688 million. All 43 Members present and voting voted in favour.
The House also adopted the Budget Appropriation Bill for the Financial Year 2023-2024 amounting to Nu.85,522.536 million. All 43 Members present and voting voted in favour.
The Bills were declared as Money Bills and will be transmitted to the National Council of Bhutan.
