
National Assembly holds its Fifth Plenary Session to discuss constituency issues.
Following the constituency visit made by the Members after the second session, the National Assembly held its Fifth Plenary at Lhen-Zom Khangzang on 25 March 2025. The Plenary was held to discuss issues raised by the constituencies and reports and work carried out by the Committees. The meeting was chaired by the Speaker.
The Economic and Finance, Environment and Climate Change, Social Culture, and Special Committees on Human Resource and Land Issues presented their reports. The session also covered the 97 constituency issues raised, spanning topics such as land, education, agriculture, roads, and health. These issues were referred to the respective committees for further review, with recommendations to be presented at the next plenary on May 8, 2025.
