Parliament launches its revamped website-DZ

The Hon’ble Chairperson of the National Council and the Secretary General of the National Assembly launched the revamped Parliament website today. The revamping of the website represents a noteworthy achievement in advancing digital accessibility and transparency by incorporating a range of innovative features.

During the launch of the redesigned website, the Honorable Chairperson remarked, "The new platform serves as a window into the functioning of Parliamentary Democracy, reinforcing democracy by harnessing technology in alignment with His Majesty’s vision for a more dynamic and interconnected Bhutan."

The integration of a common landing page for the Parliament, online poll, Parliament Resources Management System, Complaint Redressal System and the Virtual Tours to allow users to navigate and explore the parliamentary premises from the comfort of their homes are among the noteworthy features.

The revamped website serves as a comprehensive platform for citizens, lawmakers, and stakeholders to access real-time information about parliamentary proceedings, members, committees, and a wealth of other vital resources. This initiative reflects our strategic commitment to embracing digital transformation.

The entire revamping of the initiative has been made possible through the generous support of Project ‘Nyamdrel.’ Visit our website @ www.parliament.bt
