
National Assembly Adopts the Alternative Dispute Resolution (Amendment) Bill 2024
The National Assembly adopted the Alternative Dispute Resolution (Amendment) Bill of Bhutan 2024 with all 41 Members present voting in favour today. The Bill will strengthen and streamline the arbitration and mediation framework in the country. As per the procedure, the Bill will now be returned to the National Council for re-deliberation.
